When will my order arrive?
Soon hopefully! We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them (unless away – check on this page for updates) and here are the estimated shipping times:
Delivery Times
UK: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class – 2-4 working days
UK: Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 working days
UK: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1-2 working days, with tracking number
UK: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next day (from dispatch), signature required
Please note – there could be delays to these times during busy periods.
Do you ship to my country?
At the moment we only ship to U.K. only, however they will soon be available worldwide via my Etsy shop (coming soon).

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on most products, except sale clearance items. Simply contact me at hello@liliang.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- I recommend using the original packaging for your return, unless it is damaged.
- To be eligible for a refund, please request a return within 14 days of delivery, and send it back within 30 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
As soon as you receive your damaged item, please email me at hello@liliang.co.uk to let me know, including a clear picture of the damaged package and item. We will then issue a refund or send out a replacement.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations in most circumstances if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us at hello@liliang.co.uk to request a cancellation.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be coming back soon?
Possibly! The best thing to do is sign up to the newsletter be notified when an item comes back in stock. Feel free to email me at hello@liliang.co.uk to find out more info as we’ll probably be able to give you more information
Where are your products made?
The products are all made and packaged in the U.K. by carefully chosen suppliers.
Can you create a customised version of this card/print?
Unfortunately not, sorry!
Do you offer your products for wholesale?
Yes! If you are a retailer or distributor and are interested in stocking Lilian G products, we’d love to hear from you. Please email hello@liliang.co.uk to register your interest and we’ll send over a wholesale catalogue and further details for placing an order. We can sign you up to receive our trade newsletter too if you’are interested in that.
